We used our Prairie Blend to create this sushi inspired veggie salad, and it did NOT disappoint! So delicious!
Cook your rice blend as per package directions.
Pile on the crunchy veggies - we used carrots, edamame, radish, kale, cucumber, avocado, garnished with sesame seeds and nori (seaweed).
Blend up the Miso Dressing:
• 1 finger length piece of ginger
• 3 tablespoons Miso
• Maple syrup
• 2 cloves garlic
• ¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
• 3 tablespoons rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Put it all together!
