Featuring our Prairie Blend
Cook Prairie Blend as per directions on the package. (you can use ANY of our blends in all of our recipes!)
Combine all of your favourite salad fixings; we used tomatoes, cucumber, summer squash, greens, tons of herbs, chickpeas. Add on top of cooked prairie blend.
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 medium lemon, juiced
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (or sub agave - or honey, if not vegan)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Ground pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- Water (to thin ~3-6 tbsp or 45-90ml)
Zip in a blender, and pour on salad as desired!
