We made plant based waffles this weekend with our Gluten Free Pancake, Waffle & Muffin Mix!
Here's the base recipe: (feel free to add any other flavours like cinnamon, vanilla, etc!)
Prepare flax egg: 2 Tbsp Flax Seed with 6 Tbsp water, mix.
Add 1 1/4 cup Floating Leaf Waffle Mix to a bowl
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup oat milk (or plant milk of your choice)
Mix together and pour on waffle iron, or make pancakes!
