Stirfry! An easy dinner for any day of the week.
- Cook Jasmine Thai Trio Rice according to package
- Chop up all of your favourite stir fry veggies and sautee (we used carrots, celery, broccoli and cashews - but add whatever you have!)
- Pour sauce and simmer until veggies are tender.
- Serve over Jasmine rice! Enjoy!
½ cup broth or water
⅓ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
