Rinse 1 cup of Floating Leaf Foods rice blend, then place in pot 3 Tbsp of tex-mex or taco seasoning 2 Cups of veggie stock
Bring to a boil, turn heat down to low, cover, and simmer for 40 minutes
While rice is cooking:
Chop lettuce, grate cheese, chop avocado
Once rice is done, place in taco vessel of your choice, top with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
