Use any Floating Leaf Blend of your choice! We used Sprouted Brown Rice Split Pea & Quinoa in this recipe.
Recipe:
1 cup of blend. Boil in 2 cups of water.
Simmer for 15 minutes (or whatever package says). Drain.
Chop Onions Garlic Ginger Cauliflower
Chop and Sautee Chicken.
Remove chicken. Then sautee onions, garlic & cauliflower
add 3 Tbsp Curry Powder
Add 1 can Coconut Milk
Add 2 Kaffir Lime Leaves
Set to Simmer, add the chicken and 1/2 cup of cashews.
Simmer for 10 minutes and serve!
