Make this with any Floating Leaf Foods Blend - try the Ancient Field Blend!
Recipe:
1 cup of Rice Blend of your choice, boil in 4 cups of water.
Let it simmer for 20 minutes, drain and cool.
Chop - cherry tomatoes, green onions, cilantro for the salad.
Sauce:
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Juice of half a lime
Juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Sriracha
Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine and enjoy!
