Pair this grilled salmon and zucchini with Floating Leaf's Wild & Brown Rice, to add a delightful texture and flavour to the meal!  

Recipe

Rinse 1 cup of rice and place in pot with 2 cups of water
Boil, then reduce heat to medium and cover
Cook for 20 minutes until water is absorbed.
Add soy sauce and lemon juice to the rice.
Prepare salmon with oil, salt & pepper.
Place on the grill.
Baste with teriyaki sauce.
Chop zucchini into grillable sizes.
Brush on some oil, add salt & pepper.
Add them to the grill as well.

Plate your dish & Enjoy!
