Wild rice is actually a grain! And because of this, it can be cooked slightly different than other rice.

Rinse 1 cup of wild rice or our wild rice blend 

Add to pot with 6 cups of water

Bring to a boil

Add a pinch of salt

Cover rice and reduce heat to medium

Cook for 20 minutes

Strain, season and serve!
